A pretty good recipe “The Student’s Flatbread with Buffalo Mozzarella and Salad.”
Loved not only by students.
The oregano and extra virgin olive oil, not to mention the quality buffalo mozzarella, enhance its flavor.
It can also vary when seasoned with other ingredients.
Advice:
Always have a pack of flatbreads in the fridge at home, but they should be consumed soon once the package is opened. Otherwise, they spoil and lose their crispness. They are useful to keep for when out of bread.
