  • 10.5 oz Cauliflower (Only the florets)
  • 14 oz Tomato pulp
  • to taste Extra virgin olive oil

  • to taste Chili powder

Preparation

  • Clean the cauliflower by removing the non-edible parts. Take the florets and wash them thoroughly in a bowl.

  • Boil the whole wheat pasta in a pot with the florets for about ten minutes until al dente.



  • Meanwhile, prepare the sauce in a saucepan by browning the garlic clove, which will be removed, in extra virgin olive oil to taste, and add tomato pulp, chopped parsley, salt, chili powder, and a sprinkle of black pepper.

  • Then cook for fifteen minutes over low heat and use this sauce to dress the pasta and cauliflower once drained.

  • Serve hot when everyone is seated at the table to eat.
