    Prepare the mascarpone cream:
    Whip the fresh cream until firm peaks form.
    In a separate bowl, soften the mascarpone and then gently fold in the whipped cream, stirring from bottom to top.
    Add half of the apricot puree to the mascarpone and cream mixture, continuing to mix gently.
    Assemble the tiramisu:
    Quickly dip the ladyfingers in pineapple or apricot juice.
    Place a layer of ladyfingers in the bottom of a baking dish or individual glasses.
    Pour a layer of mascarpone and apricot cream over the ladyfingers.
    Add a layer of crumbled amaretti and some apricot puree.
    Continue with another layer of ladyfingers, cream, amaretti, and puree, until all ingredients are used.
    Final decoration:
    Top with a sprinkle or pieces of amaretto
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
