Last summer at a barbecue, amidst chatter and laughter, this roll appeared. No one knew what it was, but it disappeared in 5 minutes. Since then, it has been one of the dishes I like to prepare when I want to impress everyone. The zucchinis, which are usually in the background, become the stars here.

Ingredients
Below are all the ingredients that will allow you to make a baked stuffed zucchini roll, tasty and irresistible.
- 4 eggs
- 5.29 oz zucchini
- Half onion
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 2.11 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 3.53 oz cooked ham
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
Steps
Below is the easy procedure that will guide us in preparing a savory roll.
1. Wash and trim the zucchinis, and trim the zucchinis, grate them with a large-hole grater. Do the same with the half onion.
2. Heat the oil in a pan with the garlic, add the onion and the grated zucchinis,
3. Wilt with a pinch of salt for 10-15 minutes. Then set aside and let cool.
4. Separately in a bowl beat the eggs, add Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Combine the cooled zucchinis.5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with damp and wrung-out parchment paper. Bake at 356°F for 20-25 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Spread the cream cheese on the omelet, also distribute ham on top and, if you like, provolone slices.
7. Roll up using the parchment paper, tighten well. Let rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
8. Cut into slices and serve at room temperature.
