Steps
The process is simple and quick, requiring no special equipment. By following a few steps, you’ll get a tall, soft, and very fragrant bundt cake.
1. In a large bowl pour 3 eggs with 1 cup of granulated sugar, a pinch of salt, and the grated zest of an organic orange.
2. Use an electric whisk to whip the mixture until dense and fluffy, for about 10 minutes at maximum speed.
3. Gradually add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil (lowering the electric whisk intensity) and 7/8 cup of orange juice. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder, stirring gently from bottom to top until a smooth, lump-free batter is achieved.
4. Pour the ORANGE BUNDT CAKE BATTER into a greased and floured bundt cake pan of 9-10 inches, level the surface, and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Always perform the toothpick test before removing from the oven: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
Let it cool completely before removing it from the pan, invert it onto a wire rack or a cake plate, and generously dust with powdered sugar.

For a more intense aroma, you can also add vanilla seeds or drops, or a little grated zest of a Bio lemon.
If you like more indulgent desserts, you can add chocolate chips or sliced almonds on top.
This bundt cake is also excellent filled with orange marmalade or pastry cream, ideal for a special breakfast or a rich snack.
It stays soft in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic wrap for 3 or 4 days at room temperature.
