Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs frozen cod fillets
- 2.47 oz bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1.76 oz grated Parmesan
- to taste salt
- to taste parsley
- to taste garlic powder
- to taste bread crumbs
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Steps
If you’re using frozen cod fillets like me, let them thaw, rinse under running water, and dry them.
Cut them into small pieces, transfer to the mixer, and blend.
Add breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and eggs to the fish.
Season with salt, plenty of parsley, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.
Mix everything together.
Form the mixture into balls and coat them with breadcrumbs.
Transfer the balls to the air fryer basket and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook at 356°F for 15 minutes.
During cooking, open and turn the balls to ensure even cooking.
