Air Fryer Yogurt and Raspberry Cake

The air fryer yogurt and raspberry cake is an easy and quick dessert to prepare.

It can be made in a few minutes without using a scale; you only need the yogurt cup to measure the ingredients.

Fragrant and with a soft texture, it’s perfect for breakfast or a snack for the whole family.

The air fryer yogurt and raspberry cake is a delicious dessert based on a few ingredients, besides the basics like sugar, eggs, and flour, you need a cup of vanilla yogurt and a handful of fresh raspberries.

For air fryer cooking, you will need a silicone mold that fits in the basket of your air fryer.

The silicone mold allows for quick and perfect cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • Half packet of baking powder
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 4.4 oz of raspberries
  • to taste of vanilla powdered sugar

Steps

  • In a bowl, pour the vanilla yogurt, wash and dry the cup and use it as a measure by pouring the sugar into the yogurt.

  • Mix the two ingredients with a hand whisk.

  • Add the flour, give a stir, and then the oil, stirring again.

  • Incorporate the eggs and finally the baking powder.

  • As I already mentioned, it is advisable to use a silicone mold for perfect cooking.

  • I placed some raspberries at the bottom of the mold and then poured the batter.

  • I added the other raspberries and transferred the mold into the air fryer basket.

  • I set the temperature to 320°F for 30 minutes; when the time was up, I opened the basket and removed the cake from the mold to flip it and brown the underside.
    Set the temperature to 350°F for another 10 minutes.
    Once cooked, let it cool, then before serving, sprinkle with some vanilla powdered sugar.
