- 1.1 lbs squid rings
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1.8 oz Taggiasca olives
- 2.1 oz breadcrumbs
- 1 red onion
- 1 glass white wine
- to taste salt
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste oregano
- to taste white pepper
- to taste chives
Steps
To prepare the recipe, start by washing and cutting the tomatoes into quarters, season them with salt, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, and plenty of oregano.
Continue by cleaning and slicing the red onion into rings, separate the joined rings by hand.
Place the washed and well-drained squid rings seasoned with salt in a baking dish.
Pour the glass of white wine.
Add the seasoned cherry tomatoes.
Add the onion and Taggiasca olives.
Finish by covering with breadcrumbs, drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle over finely chopped fresh chives.
Bake at 428°F for 30 minutes.
