The bruschetta with stracciatella, prosciutto, and figs are perfect for an aperitif with friends accompanied by a good prosecco. They can also be part of an appetizer dish.

I was at the market and seeing the first figs, I thought of this quick recipe for lunch since I was exceptionally alone and without any men at home, I prepared a not too demanding meal.

In the filling, I used smoked stracciatella to give even more flavor with a smoky aftertaste. I can say that with every bite, your taste buds will be in ecstasy! 😛

Use good quality prosciutto to fill them, which is sweet and of quality like Parma, San Daniele, but culatello also works.
