Chard and Potato Patties in Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 7 oz boiled chard
  • 2 cups peeled potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste breadcrumbs

Steps

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients for the patties: Clean, wash, and blanch the chard, peel, boil, and mash the potatoes

  • Combine and mix the two ingredients, then add egg and grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Season with garlic powder and salt.

  • Mix all ingredients, form the patties, and coat them in breadcrumbs.

  • Transfer the patties to the air fryer basket, pour two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, cook at 356°F for 20 minutes.

    After the first 10 minutes, open the basket, carefully turn the patties, drizzle with another 2 tablespoons of oil, and finish cooking.
