Ingredients
- 2 chicken drumsticks
- 10.5 oz striped eggplants
- 1 small white onion
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste oregano
- to taste salt
- to taste white pepper
- to taste garlic powder

Steps
Place the chicken drumsticks in the air fryer seasoned with salt, oregano, and also add the sliced onion and the two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Set the temperature to 375°F for 15 minutes, taking care, during cooking, to turn the chicken drumsticks for even cooking.
Meanwhile, slice the eggplants into slices of 0.6 inches thick.
Cut the slices into sticks.
Season the eggplant sticks with salt, white pepper, and garlic powder.
After 15 minutes, open and add the eggplant sticks.
Complete the cooking at 400°F for another 20 minutes, taking care to stir occasionally.
