- 10.5 oz sliced chicken breast
- 3.5 oz pioppini mushrooms
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3.5 oz gorgonzola with mascarpone
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 oz pine nuts
- to taste salt

Steps
Start the recipe by seasoning the chicken slices with salt, garlic powder, and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Heat the grill and when it’s hot, place the chicken slices on it.
Grill the meat on both sides.
After grilling the meat, proceed to prepare the sauce.
Pour some extra virgin olive oil and a garlic clove into a pan, add the cleaned pioppini mushrooms.
Season with salt, white pepper, and let it brown while stirring, then let it cook for 10 minutes with a splash of water.
Prepare another small pan on the stove where you pour the milk and gorgonzola with mascarpone, let it melt, then add the previously cooked mushrooms and pine nuts.
As the final step, sprinkle some paprika and add the grilled chicken slices, let them infuse for a few seconds, turn off the heat, and serve.
