Crostini with Gorgonzola, Pears, and Honey

The crostini with Gorgonzola, pears, and honey are simple and tasty to accompany an aperitif, the ideal finger food for your buffet with friends.

Perfect for festive occasions, along with a glass of Prosecco before starting lunch or dinner.

The crostini with Gorgonzola, pears, and honey are very easy to prepare. I used baguette bread sliced and toasted, but regular bread works just as well.

A versatile, chic snack perfect for those who love the interplay between sweet and savory; if you have never tried combining these flavors, give it a shot—you won’t regret it!
