Ingredients
- 4 oz of non-fat yogurt
- 1 cup of espresso
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 0.7 oz of dark chocolate
- to taste of almond slivers
Steps
Prepare an espresso in a small cup, you can also use a teaspoon of instant coffee.
Pour the coffee into the yogurt and mix.
Add the teaspoon of honey.
Pour the mixture into a glass bowl.
Melt the chocolate for a few seconds in the microwave or with a double boiler.
Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt, add the almond slivers.
Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours.
