- 1 sheet of rectangular puff pastry
- 250 g of diced cooked ham
- 200 g of robiola cheese
- 1 egg white

Steps
Open the puff pastry sheet and cut strips of about 0.8 inches wide.
Wrap the strips around the steel mold, place the cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
