Ingredients
- 5 shrimp
- 250 g zucchini
- Half glass white wine
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste garlic powder
Steps
Start by cleaning the shrimp by removing the head and deveining them, peel them keeping the tail part.
Season the shrimp tails with a pinch of salt.
Flavor with a sprinkle of garlic and pour the white wine, let it rest.
Wash and julienne the zucchini lengthwise creating spaghetti, place them in a baking dish.
Season with salt.
Add a bit of garlic powder and the tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Place the shrimp tails on top of the zucchini, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Finish with the addition of breadcrumbs.
Bake at 392°F for about 30 minutes.
