- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2.1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 glass white wine
- to taste salt
- to taste thyme
- to taste marjoram
- to taste chives
- to taste paprika
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
Steps
Clean the onions and slice them not too thinly.
Pour a bit of extra virgin olive oil at the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the sliced onions seasoned with salt.
Pour the glass of wine.
Prepare the breadcrumb mixture by mixing the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan, and add the herbs: marjoram, chives, thyme, and sweet paprika.
Cover the sliced onions with the breadcrumb mixture and drizzle with a bit of extra virgin olive oil.
