Light Indulgent Dessert

The light indulgent dessert is the perfect recipe for anyone on a diet who wants to indulge in sweetness without guilt!

It’s an easy and quick recipe to prepare with few ingredients, a few hours of chilling in the fridge and you’re done!

To make it you’ll need naturally low-fat yogurt, Digestive biscuits, espresso coffee, honey, cocoa and chia seeds.

Besides giving the dessert body, chia seeds provide benefits to our body such as improving intestinal health because they are rich in fiber; they are also a great ally for weight control due to the feeling of satiety they provide.

Looking at the photo you wouldn’t guess this is a healthy dessert, yet it is full of flavor and very reminiscent of tiramisu.

You can enjoy it for breakfast to start the day in a good mood and with the right energy, or as a little nighttime treat before bed.

A healthy snack also for your children — just replace the espresso with a sprinkle of cocoa in the yogurt.
