I love onions very much, so I’m always experimenting with new recipes, in all of which I’ve always used our Tropea onion but this time I wanted to try the Breme onion.
The Breme onion is a variety that is cultivated in Northern Italy, particularly in the province of Pavia.
It is red like our Tropea onion but different in its round and flattened shape, as well as its sweet and crunchy taste.
