Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz round radicchio
  • 5.3 oz coscia pears
  • 2.8 oz fresh cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste EVO olive oil

Steps

  • Wash and clean the radicchio, removing the outer leaves and white inner parts. Soak it in water for a few minutes to eliminate the bitter taste.

    Drain it and cut it into julienne strips.

    Take the pears, wash them, cut them in half, remove the stalk and seeds, and slice them.

    Finish by cutting the fresh cheese into cubes.

    Place the ingredients in a salad bowl and season to taste.
