Rosemary New Potatoes in Air Fryer

Rosemary new potatoes in air fryer are a classic side dish for meat and fish mains.

If you’ve been reading me for a while, you’ll know that I use the air fryer a lot, I find it handy, practical, and as I have mentioned before, it allows for healthy cooking with little fat.

Rosemary new potatoes in air fryer are as good as when you cook them traditionally, the taste doesn’t change, and your guests will be amazed to know you cooked them with only 4 tablespoons of oil!

Besides the health benefit, there is an energy saving as it reduces cooking times, which is why this appliance is increasingly appreciated.

If you don’t have one yet, in the tools section, you can find the link to the air fryer I bought and highly recommend.

You can prepare the new potatoes with the skin if you want, I preferred to remove it, in this case, it’s good to use organic potatoes since the skin, in contact with the soil, absorbs fertilizer and chemical treatments.
