Roses with Potatoes and Speck

The roses with potatoes and speck are made with phyllo dough sheets, obtaining a crunchy and tasty bite.

They can be made in just a few minutes and served as a snack for an aperitif with friends at your parties or as a starter dish with hot and cold dishes.

For cooking, I used an air fryer, but they can also be baked in the oven by placing the roses in a muffin tin.

The roses with potatoes and speck are a scenic finger food perfect for setting up a savory buffet for special occasions.
