Ingredients
- 5.3 oz sliced chicken breast
- 4 kumquats
- 0.35 oz butter
- 1 tablespoon cooking cream
- 1/4 cup warm water
- to taste salt
- to taste flour
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste saffron spray
Steps
Wash the kumquats and slice them into rounds, salt and flour the chicken breast.
In a pan, pour a little extra virgin olive oil and add the butter piece, let it melt, and then insert the scaloppine.
Sauté over low heat on both sides.
Add the kumquats and pour in the 1/4 cup of hot water to cook for 6-7 minutes.
Add a bit of saffron to give flavor and color, and one minute before turning off, blend with the cream.
