- 3 oz spaghetti
- 2.5 oz ripe cleaned avocado
- 2.5 oz speck sticks
- 1.8 oz fresh spreadable cheese
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Place the pot with water on the stove for cooking the pasta, and in the meantime, prepare the sauce for the pasta.
Peel and cut the avocado into small pieces, add a tablespoon of oil, and mash with a fork until you get a creamy texture.
Add the fresh spreadable cheese to the avocado, I used philadelphia.
Mix.
In a non-stick pan, add the speck sticks and let them brown without oil.
Turn off the heat when they are nicely browned and crispy.
