Stuffed piadinas with ground meat, ham and cheese

The stuffed piadinas with ground meat, ham and cheese are a quick main course for a family dinner.

A versatile recipe for filling piadinas, a tasty revelation that will win over both adults and children.

With just a few ingredients you can prepare a tempting dinner; a quick recipe for those days when you get home late from work and don’t know what to serve. With this recipe your diners won’t be disappointed and will ask you to make it again.

My stuffed piadinas with ground meat, ham and cheese can be cooked on an electric griddle, directly in a skillet, or in the oven.

The important thing is to cook them over low heat to avoid the meat remaining raw and the cheese spilling out.

To the ingredients I used you can add vegetables such as grilled vegetables, tomatoes or arugula if you want a richer, more complete dish.

I don’t know about you, but at my house piadinas are a dinner-saver and you need fun ideas to cook them — for this reason I leave you some recipes to try!

If you want to make the piadinas at home, you’ll find the recipe below.
