Apple and Hazelnut Cakes in Air Fryer

in

These apple and hazelnut cakes in the air fryer are super easy. Made with very few ingredients, they are ideal for breakfast or a snack.

They are apple muffins, but served in ceramic ramekins.

All you need are some good apples, I adore Renette apples, one egg, and 0% fat Greek yogurt, now they also make delicious soy ones too.

I don’t add sugar, as the apples are already sweet enough. How long does it take to prepare them? About twenty minutes in the air fryer or oven.

Apple and almond cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days in a tightly closed container. You can skip the egg and add 30g of yogurt. Add flax and sunflower seeds instead of hazelnuts. Pour melted chocolate before serving the muffins. Or accompany with vanilla ice cream.
