Sweetened only with a little rice malt and made delicious by chocolate chips.
The holidays are approaching and you too are looking for some cookies to give as gifts, delivering them to the door, without entering and embracing our friends with a distant glance.

Ingredients Hulled Hemp Cookies
- 1 2/3 cups type 2 flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tbsps hemp seeds (hulled)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 2 tbsps rice malt
- 7 tbsps oat beverage
- 3 1/2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil (delicate or sunflower oil)
- 2 tbsps dark chocolate chips
Hulled Hemp Cookies
In a bowl mix the flour with a pinch of salt and cream of tartar, hemp seeds, and chocolate chips.
In another bowl pour the milk, oil, malt and emulsify the liquids.
Pour the liquids onto the flour mixture, mixing well.
Knead quickly until you have a soft dough. Flatten slightly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about an hour.
Roll out the dough, cut out circular cookies.
Bake in a fan oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes.
Storage
These cookies remain crunchy for a week in a glass jar or tin box.
You can add raisins, or other dried fruit, cocoa, or chopped nuts.
