If you also can’t resist cauliflower, try this simple cauliflower savory tart galette.
The usual crispy shell with oil and white wine and a filling of steamed cauliflower, organic turmeric, pine nuts, and aromatic herbs.
In this case, I used turmeric to add flavor and color to the cauliflower savory tart, but you can also simply use a pinch of saffron dissolved in very little water.

Ingredients for Simple Cauliflower Savory Tart
- 10.5 oz whole wheat flour
- 3.5 oz white wine
- 2.7 oz extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 tsp golden yooga paste
- 1 tsp dried herbs (dried)
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1

Preparation of Simple Cauliflower Savory Tart
Wash, cut into florets, and steam the cauliflower, it takes about 20 minutes.
In a pan, pour a dash of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of garlic powder, a teaspoon of golden yooga paste mixed with a dash of hot water.
Add it to the pan with the cauliflower. Mix well, season with salt and pepper, and let it flavor for five minutes.
Combine the flour, wine, oil, and salt in the mixer, and start until you have a nice soft dough.
Roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper, in a round shape.
Fill with cauliflower, sprinkle with dried herbs and pine nuts.
Fold the edges directly over the cauliflower, bake in a hot oven at 356°F for 40 minutes.
Serve warm.
Advice and Storage
If you don’t have golden paste, you can prepare golden milk as per the recipe and mix a few tablespoons into the cauliflower. The savory tart keeps for a few days in the fridge. Of course, you can fill it with other vegetables, such as red beet, or sweet potatoes or even artichokes.
