Procedure
Preparing the canary drink for digestion is very easy, it’s an infusion in hot water, here’s how to make this drink.
Place a saucepan with 7 oz of water for each canary drink you want to prepare on the stove.
Squeeze the juice of an organic untreated lemon and use a peeler to remove the peel.
Be careful not to remove the white part that would give your canary drink a bitter taste.
When the water boils, turn off the heat and infuse the lemon peels and 1 bay leaf. Also add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
