Ingredients for 4 servings
- 0.7 oz instant coffee
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Tools
- 1 Mixer
- 1 Kitchen scale
- 1 Bowl
Steps
Here’s how to easily and quickly make a delicious coffee cream.
First, place 0.7 oz of instant coffee in a large bowl.
Add 5/8 cup of granulated sugar. If you want a more intense coffee flavor, 1/2 cup of sugar may be enough.
At this point, all that’s left is to pour 1 cup of cold water. You can use tap water, but if you want an even fresher coffee cream, you can leave it in the fridge before using it. If you have an immediate craving for coffee, just 10 minutes in the freezer will cool it further.
Turn on the mixer for 4-5 minutes until you get a thick and frothy cream. You will see the color become lighter and the cream get frothier.
When the cream is ready, you can store it in the fridge for half a day, then it will gradually begin to deflate.
Your coffee cream is ready!
