Procedure
The tuna sauce without mayonnaise is very easy to make and allows you to use fresh and cooked raw materials or without having to prepare the fresh mayonnaise at home.
For a good tuna sauce, put two fresh eggs to cook for 10 minutes in hot boiling water.
When the eggs are cooked, immerse them in cold water and start peeling them so you can use them for the sauce.
