Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- to taste olives
- to taste bacon
- to taste cheese
- to taste milk
- to taste crushed pistachios
Tools
- Cutter
Steps
Unroll the round puff pastry and divide it first into 4 wedges, then into 8, then 16, and finally into 32 thin triangles.
Fill each triangle as you like. I used ham, cheese, bacon, sausages, olives.
Roll each triangle from the base to the tip to form the mini croissants.
Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with milk, and, if you like, add crushed pistachios.
Bake in a static oven at 356°F for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Storage
Store the mini savory croissants in the refrigerator for 2 days, in an airtight container. Heat them for a few minutes in the oven or air fryer to make them crispy again.
They can also be frozen raw and baked when needed (add 3-4 minutes of baking time).
