- 3 jars all-purpose flour

- 1 packet baking powder

Steps
The sweet 7-jar plum cake is a simple yet irresistibly tasty dessert!
Start by pouring one yogurt (which you will also use as a measuring cup) into a bowl and add two scant jars of sugar, leaving about an inch from the top. Mix well with a whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Then add three eggs and one jar of oil, continuing to mix until you get a smooth, homogeneous mixture. At this point, gradually incorporate three jars of sifted flour, adding them one at a time to avoid lumps.
Flavor with one packet of vanillin and finish with one packet of baking powder, also sifted to promote perfect leavening.
Pour the batter of your 7-jar yogurt plumcake into the 11.8 x 4.3 inches pan, previously greased and floured, and level the surface. Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes, performing the toothpick test to check the baking.
The result will be a sweet, soft, and very fragrant plumcake, perfect for breakfast or snack.
An easy and genuine recipe where simplicity and goodness blend in every slice!
Tips
The sweet 7-jar plumcake is best stored in a cool, dry place. After preparing it and allowing it to cool completely, it is advisable to wrap it in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container. Store the plumcake at room temperature for a couple of days. If you want to keep it longer, you can store it in the fridge for about a week. Make sure to cover it well to prevent drying out or absorbing odors.
Alternatively, you can freeze it for several months; in this case, slice it and freeze in single portions, wrapped in plastic wrap and inside a freezer bag. When desired, you can thaw the individual slices at room temperature or in the microwave.
