  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 package spreadable cheese
  • 5 oz cooked ham

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 356°F and line the baking tray (previously buttered at the corners for better adherence) with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, salt, pepper, grated cheese, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil until you get a smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking sheet and bake in a static oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.

Once the omelette is cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Next, spread the spreadable cheese evenly over it, followed by the cooked ham.

With the help of the parchment paper, gently roll the omelette starting from the long side. Make sure to roll it well, being careful not to break the omelette. Seal well with cling film and transfer the omelette roll to the refrigerator. Once cooled, slice and serve.

You can accompany the omelette roll with a fresh green salad or grilled vegetables for a light and delicious meal. Enjoy your meal!

Tips

If you prefer a warm roll, instead of the spreadable cheese use sliced cheese, cooked ham (or other deli meats of your choice).
