Storage and Tips
Store the chocolate and pear cake in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic wrap. It can be kept at room temperature for 1-2 days, or in the refrigerator to prolong its freshness for up to 4-5 days.
Make sure to let the cake cool completely before storing it, to prevent condensation from forming inside the container.
For an extra touch of flavor, accompany the chocolate and pear cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
