Ingredients
- 14 oz dry cookies
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 2 tbsp hazelnut spread
- as needed cocoa cereal shells
- as needed powdered sugar

Steps
Blend the dry cookies until you obtain a fine powder.
Add mascarpone and hazelnut spread. Mix until you get a compact and easily moldable mixture.
Use an ice cream scoop to always take the same amount to form pinecones of equal size.
Mold each portion into the shape of a small cone.
Cover the surface with cereal shells, starting from the bottom and going up to the tip to recreate the pinecone effect.Finish with a dusting of powdered sugar.
Store in the refrigerator until serving time.
Storage and Tips
Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days in an airtight container.
If the mixture is too soft, keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
For a more intense flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa.
