In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for one minute, being careful not to burn it.
Add the frozen mushrooms directly to the skillet. Cook the mushrooms over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid released by the mushrooms has evaporated and the mushrooms are well cooked.
Next, add the ground meat and cook it over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until it is completely browned and cooked through.
Season with salt, pepper, and parsley to taste.
