Steps
A savory bundt cake, easy, tasty, and quick! A delicious appetizer for special occasions or a picnic. And you make it in 10 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter and flour a bundt pan.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the salt, add the milk and oil, and sift in the flour little by little, mixing until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Add the instant yeast for savory preparations, the sugar, grated cheese, diced salami, and provola. Gently mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the bundt pan and level it with a spatula.
Bake the savory bundt cake for about 35-40 minutes, or until golden on the surface and cooked in the center. To check if it’s cooked, you can do the toothpick test: insert a toothpick into the center of the bundt cake and if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
Once baked, let the savory bundt cake cool for a few minutes in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
The savory bundt cake can be served warm or cold, in slices. It’s perfect to enjoy on its own or accompanied by sauces or salads.
Enjoy your meal!
