I find it convenient and perfect for small portions, as an alternative to the oven. Moreover, it produces fewer “odors” during cooking compared to a pan or traditional oven, especially when cooking lamb, which some might not enjoy. They are tender, golden, and don’t require much added fat. Try them with a side of potatoes or vegetables.

To prepare the air fryer lamb chops…
Place the lamb chops on a plate, rub them on both sides with extra virgin olive oil, and season with rosemary, sage, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the seasoned lamb chops to the air fryer basket and cook them for 20/25 minutes at 392 degrees Fahrenheit until golden.
Serve them hot with the juices released during cooking, accompanied by your preferred side dish.
