Steps
To prepare the baked golden salva cremasco…
Take the salva cheese, remove the rind, and cut it into rectangular pieces about 0.4 inches thick and 0.8 inches wide, obtaining 7 slices.
In two separate bowls, break the eggs in the first and pour the breadcrumbs into the second.
Beat the eggs with a fork seasoned with salt and pepper and dip the first slice of salva, then pass it in the breadcrumbs, dip it again in the egg, and then in the breadcrumbs again. Repeat these steps for the other slices.
As you bread the slices of cheese, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle each slice with a little extra virgin olive oil.
Finally, bake the slices of salva cheese in a preheated oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit and cook them for about 10 minutes in convection mode. Serve hot.
