For a richer dish, after sealing the sides of the tenderloin in the initial phase of cooking, you can almost at the end add fresh liquid cream mixed with whole grain mustard and let it thicken for a few minutes.

To best enjoy the meat, I recommend cooking the tenderloins not cold from the refrigerator, but at room temperature.
