The black mojito is the “dark” version of the classic mojito, a fresh long drink to enjoy both as an aperitif (before dinner) and as an after dinner drink. Made with white rum, lime juice, mint, and licorice liqueur, it has a fresh yet sweet flavor. The word mojito comes from the Spanish molecito, meaning sauce to define the ingredients crushed in the mortar or in this case in the glass.
