The Bloody Mary is a classic long drink cocktail based on tomato juice, vodka, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. This cocktail is named after Queen Mary Stuart of Scotland, nicknamed “the bloody one,” hence the name and red color. Born in Paris in 1920, it initially included only tomato juice and vodka.
