The bruschetta with stracciatella and chestnuts is excellent to serve as an appetizer or starter. I was inspired by the dessert “Mont Blanc“, but in a savory version, since the stracciatella is cream-based. Simple and quick to prepare, just toast the bread and top with the stracciatella and the chestnuts, purchased already boiled, to speed up the recipe preparation.

Steps
To prepare the bruschetta with stracciatella and chestnuts…
Take the country bread and cut 5 slices 1/2 inch thick.
Place the grill pan on the stove and heat it. Once it’s very hot, lay the slices of bread on it and toast them for about 5 minutes, turning them on both sides.
Once the bread slices are toasted, transfer them to a serving plate or cutting board.
Top the bruschetta with stracciatella and already boiled chestnuts, slightly crumbled.
Season the toasted bread slices with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and some rosemary sprigs. Serve the bruschetta freshly prepared as desired.
