- 1.23 oz smoked salmon
- 0.88 oz black olives in brine (pitted)

To prepare the cold pasta with cherry tomatoes, salmon, and arugula…
Heat water in a pot to cook the pasta. Once it boils, add the fusilli or other shape and cook for the minutes indicated on the package.
While the pasta cooks, prepare the dressing. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters and place them in the bowl or salad bowl.
Add the pitted black olives (whole or sliced) and the smoked salmon cut into pieces or strips to the tomatoes.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking, then add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.
Season the pasta with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and finally add the arugula. Mix and serve the dish immediately or slightly chilled from the refrigerator.
