Preparation

To prepare the Halloween brains…

  • In a bowl, add the popcorn (cooked or ready-made, salted or unsalted), add the strawberry jam and mix with the spoon.

  • Then take a saucepan, fill it about halfway with water, and heat it up. In a larger bowl to place over the saucepan for a double boiler, break the white chocolate into pieces with your hands.

  • Melt the white chocolate for a few minutes, stirring it with a spatula, then pour it into the bowl with the popcorn and mix everything well.

  • Moisten your hands with water, take the popcorn covered with jam and chocolate, and form brain shapes about the size of a tablespoon.

  • As you make them, place them on a plate and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The Halloween brains will then be ready to be enjoyed.

Storage

They can be frozen and thawed a few minutes before consumption.

Note

Since the texture is a bit sticky, if you like, you can enjoy them with a teaspoon.
