Steps
To prepare the Halloween spiders…
First, put the broken cookies into smaller pieces in the food processor and grind them finely.
Then take the milk chocolate, break it into pieces and place it in a bowl.
Fill about half the small pot with water and heat it on low heat without bringing it to a boil.
When it’s hot, place the bowl with the chocolate on top and begin stirring with the spatula until it is completely melted.
In the bowl with the melted chocolate, combine the ground cookies, hazelnut crumbs, and unsweetened cocoa powder, then mix with the spatula.
With damp hands, take a little dough at a time and form balls about the size of a walnut, then cover them by rolling them in chocolate sprinkles.
Finally, take the chocolate-covered stick-shaped biscuits, break them into pieces to form the legs, and insert them into the ball. Attach the eyes with two white chocolate chips on each ball.
Place the Halloween spiders on a plate lined with parchment paper and let them set in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
