Craving something delicious and easy to prepare? Then let’s make the mascarpone and Baileys cream together… it’s also super quick!!! The creamy mascarpone is combined with the unique and delicious Irish liqueur made of Irish whiskey and cream, which is the Baileys Irish cream. For this recipe, I used the classic flavor, but you can also use other flavors available in the market. It’s great on its own, or with some cookies, or by adding hazelnut granules, chocolate chips, or crumbled meringues.
Try also the mascarpone cream “pucia dulsa”, the classic mascarpone cream with eggs, following the Lodigiano recipe or the mascarpone and coffee cream!!!

Preparation
To make the mascarpone and Baileys cream…
In a bowl, pour the mascarpone, add the sugar, cornstarch, and Baileys.
With an electric mixer, mix the ingredients well for several seconds, until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
The cream is ready to enjoy. When serving, garnish it with a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder or as you prefer.
Advice
For an even firmer and tastier cream, I recommend storing it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. If you don’t consume it immediately, leave it in the bowl and cover it with plastic wrap, adhering it to the surface of the cream “in contact”, this way it won’t form a film on top.
