The nougat parfait without eggs is a simple and delicious dessert made with whipped cream and nougat. Ideal to prepare during the Christmas holidays and it’s a great idea to use leftover nougat. In a few steps, you will have an even lighter dessert because it’s egg-free. You can garnish it as you like, I added some nougat pieces and honey.

  • to taste honey (for garnishing)

Tools

  • Beater
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Spatula
  • 6 Molds

Steps

To prepare the nougat parfait without eggs…

  • First, cut the nougat into smaller pieces and chop it finely with a knife (I left some chunks) or you can chop it using a food processor.

  • Then pour the fresh whipping cream into a bowl and start whipping it with an electric beater. When it starts to thicken, add the sugar and continue until it’s fully whipped. Be careful not to overwhip it.

  • Once the cream is whipped, gradually incorporate the chopped nougat, stirring in one direction.

  • Pour the cream and nougat mixture into silicone molds, leveling them well with the spatula, then place them in the freezer for at least 3 hours until they harden.

  • Before enjoying them, take them out of the freezer 10/15 minutes beforehand and garnish with nougat pieces and a drizzle of honey as desired.
