Oven-Baked Gratinated Herring Fillets

The oven-baked gratinated herring fillets are light and delicious. A fish main course, very easy and quick to prepare, to be enjoyed at any time of the year. Herring is a fish rich in omega-3 perfect for cardiovascular well-being. Great to consume in different ways, as in this recipe. In this case, I chose to use fresh herring, already cleaned, lightly oiled and breaded, simply flavored with fresh parsley, salt, and pepper, then baked.
